Kathleen Sullivan, LMHC
Clinician
Life can be challenging under the best of circumstances, but sometimes, we get stuck and need help to move forward, to get back on track or to find peace when times are difficult. I guide my clients in determining therapeutic goals and support them as we identify their strengths and work through obstacles and ineffective beliefs that are preventing them from moving forward. I employ a variety of approaches to support my clients in their mental health journey, including Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness. I work with adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and issues surrounding grief and loss. Flexible telehealth hours may be available for first responders and those working second shift.
