My style utilizes a strengths based and solution focused approach through the lens of traditional talk therapy. I have experience working with clients from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. My experience also includes treating individuals facing challenges in life such as relationship issues, anxiety and adjustment disorders, low self-esteem, depression , anger management, increasing assertiveness and improving communication techniques.”
