My name is Jinelfry Rodriguez, and I began working for Nova Initia Counseling in 2021 as an Office Staff and am currently the Practice Manager. I graduated in 2019 from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Romance Languages & Literature. I am bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and have 6 years of human services industry experience.

As the Practice Manager, I oversee all staff and handle daily office operations. I serve as a resource for all providers. staff, and clients with the ultimate goal of providing a positive experience to everyone I interact with. I strive everyday to cultivate a warm and welcoming environment, while ensuring that I am using my organization and leadership skills to manage the practice effectively.
