   I aim to create a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment for you to experience and explore your feelings and all parts of yourself. I have helped client’s explore and address their struggles with depression, anxiety, anger, and a myriad of other negative emotions.

   I adapt my style to what works for you by drawing on cognitive-behavioral theories and techniques, as well as taking a person-centered approach. Aside from my theoretical outlook, I also find great therapeutic value in being authentic and getting on the same page. Together we can find ways to help you feel better and live more fully and comfortably.
