Lionora "Lio" Rodriguez

My name is Lionora, most people call me Lio for short. I am an administrative/billing support staff at the front desk here in the Haverhill office. My role is to provide support and be a resource for  clients, clinicians, and office staff. I can answer questions regarding referrals, appointments, billing, and insurance carriers. I am knowledgeable in insurance claims and I also liaise between the office and insurance companies. I pride myself on providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone that walks through our doors or for anyone who may call. I have my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and I hope to one day become a clinician myself.
