Jason Puchalsky, LICSW

I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience. I received my Masters in Florida and am licensed at the highest level to practice independently. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, addiction treatment. I use a strengths based approach to help a client move forward with their goals and work through barriers to doing so. Having worked with individuals for the past 10 years, I have a strong understanding of getting to the root of an issue and working through current barriers. I believe in a collaborative and a supportive relationship with people that will assist them with enhancing their strengths, engaging in meaningful life activities, and creating new abilities to achieve their desired life goals.
