Transition and obstacles are little cues for self-improvements to the heart, body, soul, mind and mind.

I am a LMHC bilingual in English and Vietnamese. My areas of specialties include multi-cultural issues, trauma, mood, anxiety disorders, life transitions, depression & spiritual support. I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with life stressors, family conflicts, immigration struggles, substance abuse, comorbidities, & aging issues.
