Individual Counseling
Nova Initia is a collaborative group of therapists with a common goal, to help our clients improve their lives and to grow as individuals. This allows for a unified approach to treatment that focuses on the needs of the client, whether that client is an individual, couple or family.
$150-$200 per 60min.
Relationship/Family Counseling
Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.
Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts.
Family therapy is often short term. It may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation.
$150-$200 per 60min.
Group Therapy
Our professional team is here to guide our patients and their families every step of the way throughout their health journeys.
Our clinicians work closely together to offer our clients a robust supportive environment that understands that while we are all responsible for our own lives and choices, we are also affected by the choices of others.
$75-$150 per 90 min.
Internal Referrals
Many of our clients choose to utilize different individuals at different times to focus on specific facets of their lives. In an effort to assist our clients, our clinicians often coordinate care internally, while maintaining the highest level of privacy, observing all ethical, professional and legal standards.
In this way, Nova Initia is able to offer a variety of specialized approaches to meet the needs of our clients. We endeavor as a group, to minimize the need to seek help, and maximize the amount of help available.
Clinical Supervision
We offer clinical supervision on both an individual as well as group format for ongoing clinical practice as well as requirement for licensure.
$75-$150 per 60min Individual
$50-$75 per 60min group.
