I’m a mental health therapist who’s deeply committed to walking alongside you as you navigate life’s ups and downs. My journey into this field began with a simple, but powerful realization: everyone has a story worth listening to, and sometimes, all we need is a supportive space to explore it. My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding. I believe that every person has their unique story and strengths, and my role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I’ve been fortunate to work with a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative therapy can be, whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, feeling stuck in a relationship, or just looking for a bit of clarity. I approach each session with empathy and a genuine desire to understand where you’re coming from, believing that healing happens in an environment of trust and openness. I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic principles to help you find what works best for you. But beyond techniques and strategies, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported.
