Tamara Panza, MA

Virtual Only - Clinician

I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a genuine respect for each person’s experiences. Using a person-centered approach, I focus on creating a safe space where clients feel validated, heard, and not judged. I believe real growth happens when people can trust their own feelings and explore what’s going on for them. I have experience working with adults, teens, and families, and my goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner strength, notice patterns in their thoughts and actions, and gain clarity in situations that feel confusing or overwhelming.
I combine cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and family systems approaches to provide practical tools alongside insight. I help people notice thought patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop coping strategies they can actually use. I also pay close attention to relationships and how past experiences shape current reactions, helping clients understand both themselves and the systems they’re part of. My aim is to create a sense of safety and validation, empowering clients to build healthier relationships, set boundaries that work for them, and move forward with confidence and resilience.
