Growth often begins when we recognize that something in our lives is asking for attention or change. I believe therapy can be a steady space to reflect, clarify what feels uncertain, and move toward choices that feel more aligned with who you are becoming.
Often, we find ourselves repeating patterns or habits that once felt familiar or safe, even when we know they are no longer helping us. Leaving what feels like a comfort zone and stepping into the unknown can be difficult, and many people find themselves feeling stuck for a long time before reaching out for support. Seeking therapy can be a courageous step, and having a supportive space can help strengthen the insight and courage that are already there.
I support individuals across different life stages, with a primary focus on young adults and adults, in reconnecting with their internal resources and improving their quality of life by addressing symptoms of anxiety, low mood, and difficulties with motivation and emotional regulation.
My work is informed by evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed approaches. I focus on helping individuals recognize patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and build resilience in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. Treatment is adapted thoughtfully to each person’s needs and goals.
I value creating a grounded and respectful environment where meaningful conversations can take place and where progress develops at a natural and achievable pace.
